What if my glass wand or bottle breaks?
Please keep in mind, your necklace or wand is made out of glass! If you drop or hit your piece on something, there is aways the possiblity of breakage. We pack and ship each piece very well to ensure they are protected but accidents always occur. If you recieve your piece broken, please let us know and we will gladly replace it at no charge.

Do you have a storefront?
We do not have a permenant storefront but you can find us each year in two booth locations at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. We gladly offer free refills for your empty necklace bottle and wands if you bring them with you to the show. Our main booth is #516, The Crystal Dragon.

Do you sell wholesale?
We do offer wholesale pricing on our necklace bottles and wands. We sell them both empty and filled. If you are interested in re-selling our products, please send us a message on our contact page.

Why does my bottle or wand look different from the photo of it on your website?
Each of our necklace bottles and wands are handmade out of glass by us in Detroit, Michigan. Beacuse each piece is individually blown and sculpted, slight variations in size and shape do occur. This makes every piece unique!
